TWIRL Beg. Level II Series (1 hr./class, 4 weeks)

Continuation of basics learned in Level I.

Emphasis on flow, rhythm, grace and strength and broadening your hoop dance foundation.

For beginners/intermediate beginners, students who have complete Level 1 or those who want to polish their hooping skills.  $120

Pre-registration required, class size limited.  Level II students required to bring your own hoop.  Hoops may also be purchased in class.

TWIRL Beg. I Series (1 hr./class, 3 weeks)


By popular demand, a class series for beginners that teaches you the basics step-by-step.

Develop rhythm and grace while strengthening your body.  Learn to move the hoop on and off your body in a small, personalized class. 
Build a strong foundation for later, more advanced moves.

For absolute beginners or those who want to polish their basic hooping skills.  $90


Class size limited.  Pre-registration required.  Loaners available for Level I but students encouraged to bring their own hoop and have one for home practice. Hoops may also be purchased in class.

- Bring your own adult-sized fitness hoop or purchase one in class.

(If your hoop is from a toy store and cost 99 cents, or has massage bumps or water in it, you need a new hoop.)
